No‑Show & Late Cancellation Policy
 

To respect our providers’ time, all clients are expected to attend scheduled appointments and follow the policy below.

 

Cancellations:


A 24‑hour notice is required to avoid a fee. You may cancel or reschedule through your client portal or by using the “cancel” link in your confirmation email. Insurance does not cover missed, late‑cancel, or no‑show appointments.

Fees:

  • Late cancellation (less than 24 hours):

    • $75 for follow‑up appointments

    • $150 for intake appointments
       

  • No‑show (10+ minutes late):

    • $150 for follow‑up appointments

    • $300 for intake appointments
       

Fees are charged to the card on file. If your card declines, future appointments will be canceled until the balance is paid. Repeated declined payments may result in discharge from the clinic. Medication refills or changes are not provided outside of appointments.

If you miss or cancel an appointment for any reason, you must reschedule promptly. Refills will not be approved until you are seen.
